Incorrect Spelling
We personalize our products according to the information provided when you place your order and suggest that you be certain of the spelling before placing your order. If we incorrectly spell a name on an item, we will happily fix the name or replace the item in a timely manner. Should a customer provide the incorrect spelling of a name, we will do our utmost to fix the error. A charge of $20 will apply to any repairs. Please note that due to construction methods not all personalized items can be corrected. In such a case a new item would need to be purchased.
Product Colours
When you receive your order some colours may appear slightly different from the product picture due to screen settings and the fabric dye lot. If you require a definite match for a particular colour, please email us and we will send you a small sample of the fabric.
Caring for your order
All of our products are machine washable and won’t shrink or run.
We recommend our products be machine washed in cold water and hung to dry. To help your clothing purchases look their best, turn them inside out before washing.
Ordering and Delivery
Placing an order
Use our convenient shopping cart 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or email us your order and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. We accept Visa and Mastercard. When ordering any personalized items, your credit card will be captured at the time of purchase and charged when the item is shipped. (Captured: the purchase amount is held on your card, but not actually charged to it.)

All credit card orders placed through mykidsquarters.com are done through Internet Secure, in fact, we don't see your credit card information at all. All transactions are processed with the banks over private digital lines, not back out over the Internet and Internet Secure's methods combine the best of traditional electronic transaction security, and the most sophisticated TCP/IP network and Internet web security. Order cancellation
Should you change your mind about your order and wish to cancel, please email us at info@mykidsquarters to determine the status of your order. If there are no personalized items in your order, we will cancel it as requested. For all custom-order and personalized orders, once an order has been started, it cannot be cancelled. If your personalized order has not been started, we will remove it from the order queue and cancel the capture on your credit card.
Return policy
We believe in the excellent quality of our products and will replace any item that proves defective under normal circumstances and appropriate care. If you ever have a problem with one of our products, please give us an opportunity to fix it.
We will exchange or refund your account for items you are not completely satisfied with. Simply return the item(s) unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which they were shipped along with proof of purchase, to:

within 14 days of delivery. Please indicate if you are returning or exchanging the item(s) and return ship the item prepaid and insured with the package wrapped appropriately. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. We will process your return or exchange within five days of receipt.
All sales are final on personalized and custom-order items.
Delivery
In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 5 – 7 business days of being received. As personalized items may require longer to process, we will contact you by email regarding shipping times. You have the option of shipping via Canada Post, Fed Ex or UPS (American and International customers may only use Fed Ex or UPS). No P.O. Boxes please. American and international customers are responsible for any applicable custom charges – please check with your local customs office. Standard delivery is 5 – 7 business days. If you require rush shipping, we will advise you of the additional charge at time of shipping.
Should your order be re-shipped due to an incorrect address or the package is unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply. We suggest you advise the recipient to expect a package from my kidsquarters to avoid it being returned to our office.
International Orders
Please contact us regarding shipment of your order outside of North America so that we can arrange the most efficient and economical shipping option.
